Hey, I’m Isaac

I turned my small London, Ontario kitchen 100 % plastic-free (and saved money doing it)

Isaac in kitchen

Three years ago I looked in my drawer and realised almost everything was single-use plastic.

I live in a little apartment in London, Ontario. Space is tight, budget is tighter, and I was sick of buying cheap plastic junk that broke or ended up in landfill.

So I started testing zero-waste swaps — one at a time — to see what actually worked in a real Canadian kitchen (harsh winters, small sinks, normal life).

Most “eco” products were overpriced garbage. But a few were absolute game-changers.

This site is the exact list of the ones that survived daily use — nothing more, nothing less.

If I won’t use it myself in 2025, it doesn’t go on this site. Period.
